CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand the occasional need to cancel an appointment. Please notify us of any cancellation at least 24 business hours in advance. A 50% service fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Full cost of your service is charged for appointments missed without notice.
We take pride in providing our clients with a Color Me Beauty Bar experience. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Client redo’s will only be honored when contacted within 2 days of the original service. If still unhappy after consulting with service provider and a redo, our management will use reasonable and fair judgement to refund the client.
Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient and Card must be presented for redemption.
NOTE:Please use the on-line booking system to cancel and or reschedule appointments-emailing us or calling the salon can not be utilized to cancel or rescheduled appointments because as much as we try, we do not always see them within the cancellation time period....... 24 hours prior to appointment.
